Refund policy

Our products purchased via www.MonBangla.com are non-returnable. However, If you have received a damaged or defective product, you can raise a refund request by writing to +91 82402 02806 /+91 91410 07459 within 2 days of delivery. A full refund will be provided by the seller within 30 days of raising the 'refund' request. 

We will also need pictures/videos of the damaged/defective product/package to be returned

Cancellations:

Please note, a confirmed order can not be cancelled once it is picked up by the assigned courier service. Please call/mail us at earliest if you need to cancel any order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Delivery policy

At MonBangla, we make every effort to ensure your order reaches you smoothly and on time. However, in case a delivery cannot be completed, the following policy will apply:

If delivery attempts fail three (3) times, the package will automatically be returned to the seller by the courier partner. In such cases, MonBangla will not be responsible for the failed delivery.

Our team and/or the courier partner will make multiple attempts to contact the customer via phone, email, or other available communication channels to coordinate the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to respond within the given time frame to facilitate successful delivery.

If the customer does not respond and the package is returned to us after three unsuccessful delivery attempts, the customer may choose one of the following options:

  1. Re-shipment of the order – The order can be resent after payment of the applicable delivery/shipping charges.

  2. Refund of the order amount – The order value will be refunded after deducting the original shipping and handling charges.

MonBangla reserves the right to process the refund or re-shipment only after the returned package has been received and verified by our team.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
